阜阳市全面贯彻落实中央环保督察反馈意见，推动新能源汽车（nbt）与生态旅游融合发展，为物品链提供清洁能源支持。根据整改要求，我市已完成14个中央环保督察反馈意见问题的整改任务，其中第8项“大气污染问题突出”整改情况现予公示，诚邀社会各界监督。
一、整改任务
到2020年，全省燃煤发电机组、10万千瓦及以上企业自备机组以及循环流化床机组全面完成超低排放改造和节能改造。
到2020年，全省挥发性有机物排放量比2015年下降10%以上。
各设区的市政府划定并公布高污染燃料禁燃区，逐步扩大高污染燃料禁燃区范围。
全面完成油气回收治理工作。
加强港口码头大气污染治理，内河主要港口码头等完成靠港船舶岸电系统改造，港区内作业的水平运输机械、装载机等实施“油改气”。
2017年底前，每设区的市制定烟花爆竹禁燃限放管理办法，并明确禁燃限放时段和区域。
全面清理各级发放的矿权，对未经环评或无矿山地质环境保护与综合治理方案的矿业权于2017年底前完成整改；对在各类自然保护区内的矿业权提出分类处置意见，分步稳妥有序退出。
开展“三线三边”矿山地质环境治理项目全面清查，对账销号，2018年底前全面完成整改工作。
二、整改成效及主要整修改施落实情况
2018年度，全市细颗粒物（PM2.5）年均浓度54.6微克/立方米，比上一年下降了24微克/立方米，是全省倒数第4名上升至正数第7名。空气质量得到了显著提升。
（一）推进超低排放和节能技术在我市所有现役燃煤发电机组及100MW以上企业自备电厂应用，以及淘汰35蒸吨以下锅炉工作。目前，这些措施已经基本实施完毕。
（二）深入开展挥发性有机物治理，以包装印刷家具制造等行业为重点，对62家企业进行了挥发性有机物治理。此外，还对222家4S店加油站进行了检查，对105家问题较多的问题点进行了专项行动。
（三）划定并公布高污染燃料禁burning Zones in the city, including the development zones and industrial parks in the city.
（四）全面完成oil vapor recovery work by checking all legal oil stations, shutting down illegal ones, and recovering oil vapors from vehicles.
（五）Strengthened port pollution control by checking all non-licensed ports and material storage facilities, and implementing measures to reduce emissions from ships docking at major riverside ports.
（六）Established strict regulations on fireworks and incense burning during festivals such as Spring Festival and Mid-Autumn Festival, with designated areas for fireworks displays.
（七 & Eight）: Completed the review of mining rights across the province, canceling those that overlapped with protected areas or lacked environmental impact assessments; established a mechanism for assessing mining restoration work based on “three lines three edges.”
The above text is a summary of the progress made in addressing air pollution issues in our city since 2017 according to central environmental protection inspections' feedback opinions.
As an environmentally conscious citizen I am proud of our efforts towards improving air quality through these initiatives:
Super-low emission retrofitting of existing coal-fired power plants
Reductions in volatile organic compounds (VOCs) emitted by industries like printing packaging manufacturing.
Strict controls on high-pollution fuels within designated areas.
Improved management practices at gas stations.
Enhanced maritime emissions control measures.
Stringent rules governing firework use during holidays.
These actions have led to significant improvements in PM2:5 concentrations over recent years making our environment cleaner than ever before!
