项目概况：2020年内蒙古自治区国家地下水监测工程（水利部分）环境监测设备运行维护与社会公共健康项目的潜在投标人应于www.o-science.com获取招标文件，并于2020年08月11日 13点30分（北京时间）前递交投标文件。

一、项目基本情况

采购需求：

根据《水利部办公厅关于做好2020年国家地下水监测系统运行维护和地下水水质监测工作的通知》（办水文函[2020]203号）等任务安排，严格执行相关规定，内蒙古自治区国家地下水监测工程（水利部分）共有490个地下水监测站。具体工作任务和简要技术要求如下：

1、490个地下 水 监 测 站 全 年 信 息 报 送。

2、490个 groundwater monitoring stations facility equipment maintenance.

3、490个自动化 monitor instrument site calibration (including all monitoring well depth measurement).

4、4 automatic water quality monitoring station instruments calibration, according to the relevant technical requirements of "Water Environmental Detection Instruments and Equipment Calibration Methods" (SL 144.1～11-2008).

5、490 automatic monitoring devices and accessories at each monitoring station complete and normal operation, including but not limited to device fault handling and replacement, facility repair maintenance, station restoration and relocation.

6、Compile and publish the 2019 groundwater data for 490 stations.

7 Provincial city groundwater monitoring center system running maintenance.

8 Provide project management units with necessary travel conditions.

9 Provide spare parts needed for maintaining automated monitoring devices.

10 Collect water samples from 422 sites + 11 synchronous sites = 93 items water quality sampling.

11 Water sample transportation (transportation, mailing) from 422 sites + 11 synchronous sites = total of samples collected during the year in accordance with the “Groundwater Quality Standards”(GB/T14848-2017) except for radionuclide indicators (total alpha radiation activity & total beta radiation activity excluded), plus other five chemical indicators (potassium, calcium, magnesium carbonate ions & heavy carbonate ions).

12 Compile a report on water quality evaluation reports & QC reports & detection reports; provide summary tables of monitored data.
