上海检测中心揭晓天津市启动清洁村庄战役五大垃圾治理工程即将全面展开

加强污水治理，目标是到2015年实现所有坑塘的治理率达到100%。为了提升村庄的整体环境质量，天津市将重点对旅游特色村和美丽乡村等条件较好的村庄进行改善。首先，将在这些村庄内建设完善的污水管网系统，以集中处理生活污水。此外，对于其他没有配备上述设施的村庄，也会采用卫生厕所、户用沼气系统以及生态塘等简易处理方式来处理污水，并在此基础上对现有的坑塘进行彻底整治，使其成为展示 villagers' ecological awareness and appreciation for natural beauty 的亮点。

据渤海早报报道，从昨日(17日)召开的“美丽天津·一号工程”部署动员大会得知，天津市计划实施“清洁村庄”行动，这项行动将涵盖全市共计3786个 village范围内开展垃圾治理、污水治理、环境清整、绿化工作以及建立长效管理机制五大工程。在这项行动中，每个项目都旨在为每一个village带来根本性的变革。

目标是在2014年之前建成超过2000个清洁 village，而到了2015年，全市所有village都应达到干净、整洁、高雅宜居美丽家园这一标准。

至于垃圾处理方面，计划到2015年实现全域垃圾设施配套率100%。为了达成这一目标，天津市将加强各 village 的垃圾收集运输体系建设，并推广多种适合不同 village 特色的生活垃圾处理模式，如使用垃圾箱、池子、三轮车辆和运输车辆等设备，为形成一个高效且可持续的地面废物回收循环提供支持。

另外，在环境清洗方面，我们希望能够覆盖整个village区域，即到达100%覆盖率。这意味着我们不仅要关注公共道路上的脏乱杂物，还要深入农户庭院深处寻找并清除那些难以接触到的卫生死角，从而彻底改变现在一些villages脏乱差的问题，同时也让这个过程成为一种常态化和制度化的事务，而不是短期行为。

总之，加强pollution control to achieve 100% in all villages by the end of 2015. This will be achieved through a combination of centralized sewage systems, simple on-site waste management solutions like septic tanks and biogas digesters, as well as comprehensive renovations to existing ponds that will turn them into eco-friendly landmarks.

Finally, the city plans to further enhance the aesthetic appeal of its villages by achieving a green coverage rate of at least 35% by the end of 2015. The focus will be on greening areas such as alongside roads, homes, water bodies and walkways to create lush buffers, tree-lined lanes and flower-filled courtyards that showcase a harmonious blend between nature and human habitation.

According to the plan, each district must submit their respective "clean village" action plans by October's end. Starting from November onwards, massive-scale environmental clean-up campaigns will be organized across all villages with a special emphasis on streetsides, home courtsides and hard-to-reach dead corners – effectively transforming these rural communities into cleaner more vibrant places for residents to live in peace.
