首创环保CREATE好氧颗粒污泥革新处理废水的方法
在过去的百年里,中国的污水处理技术已经取得了巨大的进步。当前,随着污水处理量的持续增长和出水质量要求的提高,以及“双碳”目标对污水处理提出的新挑战,新一代污水处理技术——好氧颗粒污泥技术正在成为行业焦点。
相比于传统活性污泥絮体,好氧颗粒污泥具有规则形状、紧凑结构和良好的沉降性能,可以同步进行脱氮除磷,大幅提升去除率和反应器效率,从而有效解决了目前面临的问题:低效率、高成本和不可持续发展。
2016年,首创环保集团的科研团队经过三年努力,在“中一荷未来污水处理中心”的支持下成功攻克了好氧颗粒污泥技术难题,并形成了一款完全自主知识产权产品“CREATE”。该产品经历了从小试验到大型工业化应用的一系列测试验证,其适用性被证明对于我国低碳源生活废水来说是可行的。

The technology, developed by the research team of First Environment Protection Group, has been tested and validated through a series of experiments and trials. It offers several advantages over traditional methods, including higher treatment efficiency, lower operating costs, and reduced carbon emissions.
According to the group's plans, the first large-scale project using this technology will break ground by the end of 2023. The project will have a daily processing capacity of 2.5 million tons. Meanwhile, another expansion project is currently under design for an existing facility with a planned capacity increase to 10 million tons per day.
