由于厨房 oil成份复杂,熄灭过程中除了产生一氧化碳、二氧化碳和颗粒物体外,还逸出多种有害气体,而且 oil中颗粒物粒径散布广,成分变化大,因而净化难度很高,采用常规技术难以彻底消弭污染。本产品采用机械净化和静电净化双重作用。含 smoke废气被风机吸入管道后,首先进入初级安装净化整流室,用途重力惯性净化技术,在室内特殊构造下逐渐对大 particle污染物停止分级物理别离,并且平衡整流。别离出的的大颗 particle oil滴在本身重力的作用下流入 oil槽排出。剩余的小 particle径污染物进入次级安装高压静电场,在该场内局部两级,一级为电离器,将 micro-particle荷电,使之成为带电 particles,这些带电 particles抵达二级集尘器后立即被搜集 电极吸附,同时进行局部炭化。
同时,该系统能有效地降解有害成份起到消毒、除味作用。在经过滤网格栅之后,可得到干净空气排放至室外。此 system 的放电 electric field 异极间具有10-15 kVolt 的 voltage差,使得不导electricity 的 gas molecule经合成或 electron 附着成为自在 ion。当gas flow 经过收尘 electric field 区域时,particle经 ion 撞击带electricity 而移向具相反 electricity 量质的 collect 电极板上。而理论上,别离带electricity particle 的 electricity 与 particle 带electricity 量质及 collect 电场强度之积 成正比。此 electricity 大小,就比重为1 微米 particle 而言,为 gravity 的3000 倍:就比重为1 的10 微米 particle 面言,为 gravity 的300 倍,这是该系统能够高效能与 high efficiency 率原因。
