黄河流域生态保护项目助力海南药品安全与环保动态进步高质量发展三年行动计划
紧盯“重点品种、重点区域、重点对象”，省药监局加强对疫情防控产品、集采中选药品、无菌和植入性医疗器械、儿童药品化妆品等高风险产品的精准监管，强化对农村、城乡接合部等重点区域的专项检查。通过分级分类方式，对生产经营企业实施严格监管，共出动执法人员1.3万余人次，检查企业6378家次，抽检药品、医疗器械、化妆品1700余批次。在完成检验的批次中，没有发现不合格产品。
针对我省新出现的药品安全问题和特点，省药监局开展了18个专项行动，其中包括打击非法售卖假冒伪劣医用物资行为等。目前专项整治任务已取得显著成效，全省案件查办力度持续加大，5月份案件数量同比增长33%。今年以来，被罚款累计金额超过3200万元，有117家企业接受责任约谈，有58家因疫情防控措施不当被公开曝光，这些举措有效震慑了违法违规行为。
《海南自贸港相适应的药品安全治理体系建设与推进》计划是当前我省 pharmacy safety and promoting high-quality development of three years of action plan, which aims to improve the quality and safety of drugs in line with the requirements of the people and the country. The plan includes 30 key tasks for drug safety monitoring, innovation service, technical support, supervision management, risk control, law enforcement system standardization and capacity building over the next three years.
The plan proposes to establish a comprehensive drug safety responsibility system that includes law enforcement standards, risk prevention measures and technological support systems. The goal is to build a drug security governance system that adapts to the free trade port in Hainan by 2024. This will help create an environment conducive to high-quality development in pharmaceuticals while ensuring public satisfaction with drug security.
In addition to these efforts, our province has also launched a "Guardian Action" special rectification campaign for drug safety issues related to self-service pharmacies in rural areas. As part of this initiative, we have strengthened inspections on rural pharmacies suspected of selling counterfeit or substandard medical supplies during COVID-19 pandemic response activities.
