然而,对于现有的批量生产技术仍存在不足。作为新材料领域的翘楚,石墨烯因其卓越导电性而备受关注,其潜在应用包括新能源电池领域。在银价较高的情况下,如果能以更低成本替代银,那么其经济效益将显著提升。但目前缺乏大规模商业应用,是由于无法有效控制成本。

深圳大学化学与化工学院刘剑洪教授及其团队在此方面取得了一定的突破,他们实现了小批量生产并申请了十项核心专利。尤其是液相制备法,这是一种新的制备方法,它直接从液态高分子通过热化学反应烧结成品,从而解决了结构完整性的问题。

这项技术已经得到了实践证明,与国际认可的单层石墨烯结构吻合。这对于行业来说是一个巨大的进展,因为只有完整的结构才能发挥出导电性的最大潜力。刘剑洪教授认为,要符合工业4.0时代的要求,就必须集中精力开发导电性,而不是转向其他方向去寻找替代方案。
