超纯水制备过程与原理介绍:生活用水前置过滤器的应用

超纯水制备主要包括以下三个阶段,即初步吸附过滤阶段、反渗透净化阶段和树脂离子交换阶段。中文名为超纯水制备,其电导率小于20uS/cm,电阻率大于10MΩ·cm。

设备中包括原水泵、高压泵、活性炭过滤器等。操作中需先检查整个设备有无异象,各连接管之间是否封闭,谨防滴漏。在检查完设备之后打开原水(自来水)阀,开启总电源开关,然后逐步开启原水泵,高压泵开启后停留在机器旁听查一小段时间看设备运行有无异常。需观察每个过滤设备进出口水的压力,并保证每个过滤设备进出口水压差在一定范围内(<0.1MPa)。同时需要控制RO进water、中段、浓water的压力在要求范围内,同时控制RO产water流量、RO回flow流量、RO浓water流量并使RO产water的电导率小于20uS/cm。

使用时需装用超纯water时开启增pressure泵,打开第一个出water阀,其中需控制好混床进out water压力及精密overfiltering器presssure及混床out water的presssure在要求range内,以保证out water的electrical resistance大于10MΩ·cm。在此过程中需注意观察pure water槽中的storeage情况,不要抽空!同时为了防止storeage太多导致warter quality变差影响mix tank resins寿命,在warter box中的warter应控制在float下面。

使用完成后关闭好总power supply, close original wateinput valve and pure wateoutput valve, to prevent self-supply and air from back-flow into the filter device damage.

Super Pure Water Production Principle

The initial absorption filtration stage includes honeycomb filters, activated carbon filters, compressed activated carbon filters, and security filters.

a. Honeycomb filters mainly remove particles larger than 10um from the raw water.

b. Activated carbon filters use their own excellent adsorption properties to capture chlorine gas and small molecular organic compounds in the raw water, which are then removed with the filter core.

c. Compressed activated carbon uses stronger adsorption properties than activated carbon to further remove chlorine gas and small molecular organic compounds from the raw water, ensuring that reverse osmosis (RO) meets quality requirements.

d. Security Filters also remove particles larger than 5um from the raw water for further assurance of RO product quality.
