为了适应新的环保法规,许多水泥厂正在将电除尘器升级为袋除尘器。我公司基于原有的LJP袋除尘器技术,开发了多种电改袋方案。由于每家水泥厂的需求不同,每台设备的改造方案也都有所差异,但总体上,国内的电改袋技术可以分为两大类:低箱电改袋技术和高箱电改袋技术。这两种技术各有优缺点,我们根据公司的情况进行了总结。
1. 两种电改袋技术介绍
1.1 低箱电改袋技术
这种类型的净气箱高度较低,不支持内部换装。结构通常包括净气箱、提升阀、烟道、出气口和通风系统等部分(见图1)。含尘烟气通过进气口、分布板进入过滤区域,然后经提升阀、烟道和出气口排放。在每个室设置有提升阀,可以在关闭状态下实现离线喷吹及检修。如果业主不需要离线喷吹及检修功能,则可以省略提升阀,从而简化结构。此方式具有简单结构和钢材使用少等优势。
1.2 高箱电改袋技术
这种类型的净气箱顶部封闭,有必要在披屋内部更换滤布。其结构通常由净气箱、披屋、高空百叶窗、一条或多条烟道、一组出gas口以及通风系统等部分构成(见图2)。含尘烟气经进気口、分布板后进入过滤区域,然后经过披屋、高空百叶窗、一条或多条烟道和一组出gas口排放。在每个房间设有高空百叶窗,在关闭时可实现离线喷吹及检修。如果没有特殊要求,可省略高空百叶窗,此时的一些设计元素可被省去,使得披屋直接连接到出gas口。此方法与低框架设计最显著之处是增加了一个隔断层面,使得在隔断内实现内部更换滤布。正是因为这样的设计,它具备小漏风率和大的过滤空间等优势。
2. 电改变带特点对比
2.1 设备密封性能对比
低框架电子变形因其净気柜体高度有限,只能采用室外更换,而导致需开设于净氣柜体顶端检查门,以便于更换时使用。不过,这会造成设备顶部检查门众多,当这些检查门长时间使用后,其密封性能会逐渐降低,从而导致漏風率上升。而高框架电子变形则无此问题,只需在每个房间开启一个检查门即可,因此漏風率相对于低框架电子变形要小得多。由于水泥廠煙囦尾氣常常具有較強腐蝕性,如果漏風率大,将導致淨氣柜體迅速腐蝕,从而影响整個設備運用寿命,因此大多数窑头電除塵器采用的是高框架電子變形技術。
2.2 设備质量与成本对比
由于其净氣柜体较短且无需頂部罩笼,以及內置煙囦,這使得該類型設備質量較輕,而且相對於其他類型來說成本較為優惠。而另一方面,由於採用百葉門進行檢查與維護,所以該類型設備質量重,並且成本較為昂貴。
2.3 原始電除塵器空间利用对比
有些老旧生产线原始電除塵器尺寸较小,对于有效降低過濾風速并降浓度至一定标准,必須設置更多過濾網格。但這樣會限制未来的空间利用效率。而現在有一些企業为了延長過濾網格寿命并减轻处理浓度,将第一阶段留给原始電除塗機械,一般情况下,这样的設計會进一步限制後續空间利用。而该类别设备因它們無需頂部罩笼,所以占用的空间较少;反之,该类别设备則需要额外占用一些额外空间以供未来可能扩展使用,同时确保符合过滤网格正常工作所需条件,并且不会干扰现有的工艺管路布局。
4 小结
通过比较我们发现这两种转变方式各有优劣,具体选择哪一种还取决于现场具体情况以及业主偏好表述如下:
